How to choose the right color?
Choosing a hair extension color can be a daunting task because for some the ultimate goal is to get as close as possible to matching their natural hair color. In our professional opinion, the best way to color match is to use a color ring that is manufactured by the wig or hair extension brand that you most often use. The great thing about a color ring is that you can take it outside or near a large window and color match using natural light. If this option is not available to you, the second best course of action is to use the colors provided on each product page or use the color swatches provided below. If you are still unsure about what color to choose, please contact us and we would be happy to help you.
Our site offers a wide range of hair extensions and this can be attributed to the build quality, material, and color. A good rule of thumb is that the higher the price, the better the product is constructed and better materials used in the construction of that particular product. If you purchase a human (or Remy) hair extensions as opposed to synthetic alternatives, it is likely that you will get more longevity out of that product. If you still have more questions, please contact us and we would be happy to help you.
How is Remy hair better than the rest?
Remy hair is the highest grade of real, human hair. It is the healthiest and will possess the most natural look. Remy means that the cuticles are kept intact and not stripped. The cuticles are also one-directional and will not tangle as easy as other hair products. With Remy, you will have long lasting silky, soft, and tangle-free hair.
Can human hair products be dyed?
In our professional opinion, we recommend that you do not alter the original state of a product. If the manufacturer specifically states that a product can be dyed, then we urge caution when dying the hair. Usually you can deviate two shades from the original hair color. Again, we like to remind our customers to use caution when trying to alter the product.
What is the difference between Weave and Clip-In extensions?
Weave extensions come in one continuous width with a seam at the top; the hairs or fibers are machine woven onto the weft. Weave extensions can be cut into customized widths to suit your needs, and provide you with a variety of ways to wear the extensions, such as clip-in (once clips are added), adhesive, or sew-in.
Clip-in extensions come in pre-cut widths and are attached to ready-to-wear clips. Clip-ins are best for short-term or temporary wear because they are so easily attached and removed.
